i'm just a selfish young fool
Anyone who have been spending time in the tower would see Minato around a lot. Actually, he's practically living in the tower for the past month doing research.
Research for what?
For those who know him or of his fate, they might have an idea. Or if they approach, it's not that hard to get an answer from him. After all, maybe they have an answer to his question...
After all, if he try to research in his home world, he probably ran out of time in finding his answer.

[On the screen, there's a question being posted onto the network.]
This is Minato Arisato, leader of SEES.
[It feels almost pointless to mention it by this point. But it's a simple holdover from when the other Minato walked around.]
I'm requesting help in finding a way to stop an immortal being from descending into my world and, without going into too much details (I can elaborate if you want), basically cause everyone to die.
I learned that the only way of stopping this is for someone to sacrifice themselves and become the Great Seal to keep her away from humanity. However, I wish to find another way without sacrificing anyone.
[He would do it, when there is no other choice. But he's selfish, very, very selfish, and wanted to live the rest of his life as well.]
I would appreciate any information or hints that might lead to another path.

We won't know if it'll work until we try. So we need to find a way to get that much energy for it.
And if that doesn't work, I know I won't regret trying.
[There's quite a lot he want to say, but Minato still doesn't know how to put them into words.]
no subject
if you would prefer, I can meet with you here, so we can talk about how much energy is needed and do some research.
[Ryoji wants to help in any way he can. He knows he was accepting of the circumstances before, but now he knows sitting back and waiting won’t help matters. He’s a little hesitant to say more himself, but he manages to get a few words out.]
I want to thank you. For everything.

[It's his main preference for important subjects, anyway. Although they no longer have to worry about horrible admins, Minato still prefers talking with people in person.]
I also have something to say to you as well, Ryoji.

I’m in the library if you want to meet me here.

[It's a pretty quiet time in the tower, so Minato doesn't have a lot of people responding to his post. Whether that's good or bad, he doesn't mind.
He's been meaning to talk to Ryoji, the one who doesn't just instinctively knows about his experience back home.
After sending that reply, Minato get off the terminal and quietly walks toward the library.]

[Ryoji is sitting at a table, absently flicking through a large book. He obviously isn’t very interested in it. He just started looking at it so he’d have something to do while waiting for Minato to arrive. When Minato enters, he immediately looks up, and smiles gently. There’s a touch of sadness and nerves in it, but it still has the same warmth and respect he always had for his friend.]
It’s good to see you again. How are you feeling?
[He knows this time must be difficult for Minato to deal with.]
no subject
Same here, Ryoji.
[Once he reaches the table, he stops before he quietly sits in opposite to his old friend.]
I guess...I've been feeling a little tired and on edge.
no subject
[Ryoji nods solemnly in response to Minato.]
I think anyone would feel like that, considering what you’re going through… What date is it for you now? I can help you figure this out.
[He doesn’t want to admit to too much, since that seems like cheating, but he will share what he can in order to make Minato worry a bit less about what’s to come. He knows that if anyone can find a better way, Minato can.]
