Given Dominion (including a garden mingle!)
A: Preparations
*A new floor has been added to the tower. The stairwell passes into a closed space, and emerges in the center of a platform. The edges drop off into a bowl that comprises the rest of the floor, ladders built into the edges of the stairwell tunnel on all sides, with a ramp leading up to a pair of platforms on the wall. The floor itself is large, easily taking up the space of two or three floors itself. Other than that, the only other features are a stairwell along the edge of the room, leading up to a room within it that looks like, once the glass or plastic is installed, will be an observation lounge.
Some may have seen it already and some may have even helped build it: this is to be a garden, and for that they need soil. Enoch brings in what he can daily, not having anything else to do until he manages to find his own world, and he'll gladly tell anyone who asks what he's doing and ask if they'd like to help - but simply creating all the needed soil is out of the question. He wants to be able to say he worked hard on this.
Perhaps you'll see him on your world (or one you both happen to be visiting), gathering soil. Or perhaps you'll come across him dumping it into the depression in the new floor.
He's going to be busy for a good while.*
B: Completed Garden
*And with the help of volunteers, it eventually pays off.
The lights mimic sunlight. The walls rise very high. The floor is a giant bowl, filled with the soil Enoch and everyone else brought to fill it.
The garden floor isn't completely uniform. While most of the plants are seeds or transplanted young, there is a raised section against the far wall with a two-year-old tree transplanted in the dirt above everything else. It is the same kind of tree that Dax's sapling was. The entire wall around it has a protrusion to make a bench, which is entirely covered with wood for a more traditional bench look, and the back of that bench bears a plaque, duplicated on either side of the tree so it is visible to anyone:
IN HONOR OF DAX
His memory is still and forever true.
Please do not damage or artificially grow this tree.
On a lower platform connected to it by a small ramp is a younger tree of the same species. There is no bench, but a plaque is on the wall just the same:
IN HONOR OF ZO
May we all find a way to do what is right for everyone.
Please do not damage or artificially grow this tree.
The garden is open for anyone to add soil, sculpt features, or, of course, plant things. Or even use appropriate powers to help the plants along! Just make sure to mark your seeds so someone doesn't accidentally destroy them!*
C: Observation Lounge
*There is a stairwell attached to a wall of the room, leading up to a smaller room with a wall made of glass, looking out over the garden - an observation lounge, with chairs and a couple of low tables, and yes, some beanbags. He'd grown fond of them during his stay in the tower. There are some decorations on the walls, from a variety of cultures and worlds. The floor has a plush carpet, nice so long as you don't mess with the bolts keeping it down at the edges.
There is also a restroom installed here, and beside it, a door that is currently open - it leads into a small bedroom with walls and ceiling covered in wood, not a hint of metal showing through - it seems Enoch's staying here for the time being. He might be found sitting on his bed or decorating the shelf in the room with various curiosities he's found in his worldhopping. If he's not there, well, he's probably roaming the new garden or off in another world looking for things to add to it.*
((ooc: Though Enoch is included in many of these prompts, I actually intended this as a mingle, especially the second prompt! Please specify if you intend your thread to be open to anyone. Feel free to tag around and threadjack! ICly the first prompt has been taking place for the last three months or so.))

Detective Gumshoeother people doing manual labor for him, he did not really have much knowledge of gardening. However, he did know the names of quite a few flowers but only because a certain stalker kept sending bouquets to him flowers every month. This, sadly, was something he had to tolerate again once he returned to his world. On the other hand, he was able to purchase some hydrangeas from the nearest flower shop he could find and with those, he made his way to the tower and he can be found coming to the garden carrying two bouquets. He's trying, ok?]

He's a gravekeeper to the very end, apparently. It wasn't a job he liked, but in the end, Dax had originally assigned him that task. Who would have thought it would come to this?*
Hello.

*For the first time, not "well enough". That in itself gets a brighter smile from him.*
It feels good to have this place completed at last.

[One would notice the sudden appearance of of sunflowers, white daisies and white lilies in full bloom at random spots of the newly completed garden. Close to the trees that had been planted for Zo and Dax one would spot rosemary having been planted around it.
Lucifel had planted them during a moment where he had stopped time, so he wouldn't be interrupted. Or being accused of damaging the trees, which were both perfectly fine. He had planted these flowers and herbs for a reason. They had a meaning. And one he had promised to someone he had gotten to know in the Tower.
If you want to speak to him, he is wandering the garden. However, if you speak to him and look closely enough, you could see that the archangel has dirt stuck under his nails still.]
C
[A new decoration is added to Enoch's room by Lucifel. He's almost certain that the scribe won't remember it, but he thought he should have it. So as soon as he enters there will be...
A dancing flower.
But while Enoch isn't there, the archangel will take a look around at the place the other is staying at.]
C
There are no built-in lights, but there is a motion-activated light placed on the wall that comes on as he enters. A second one is placed by the reading shelf, for obvious reasons. The shelf he'd just summoned a dancing flower on also contains various objects, mostly trinkets and things that only serve any purpose on a shelf somewhere.
It looks like Enoch isn't back yet, though he will be soon. He's coming through the garden now with a bag of food, heading towards the stairs up to the lounge.*
Re: C
Although he would decorate the room a bit differently... oh well.
While he is waiting for the scribe to return Lucifel got comfortable on the bed and takes his cellphone out of his pocket to play a game to kill some time.]
no subject
But the sight of Lucifel on his bed wipes away his worries and he smiles brightly. It's always so good to see the angel again.*
Lucifel... *He sets the food down on the desk and climbs into bed to give him a tight hug. Eating can wait a little bit.*
no subject
[Lucifel smiles back a him and put his phone aside for now, wraping his arms around the blond. With all the free time he has as of now he could see him as often as he wants. And being here with him - or world-hopping, it is becoming a new hobby of his slowly - is much better than having to answer His questions. Lately He was more nosy than worried and that wasn't so nice.
So for now the archangel focused on the one who had latched himself onto him like a puppy.]
How do you like the new additions to the garden and your residence?
no subject
*Enoch loosens his grip, allowing Lucifel to pull away if he'd like.*
They're very nice. Thank you.
*As for the change here? He obviously hadn't noticed yet, but doesn't want to pull back to look just yet.*
caught me right before bedtime
[And he finally fulfilled his promise...]
You're welcome.
[Soon enough. But it's not that important.]
no subject
*He takes a deep breath and lets it out in a contented sigh. Lucifel has always meant security, even more so in the tower.*
What do you think of all this?
no subject
[The archangel smiles to himself, running a hand through Enoch's hair.]
The garden? Your room?
no subject
Mmhmm. Yes, both. All of this. We're finally finished building it.
no subject
It certainly turned out nicely. Now we have to take good care of it.

B
While wandering through the small Tower, she stumbled upon the garden and while she didn't know who built it, it looked lovely, so she carefully wandered through it, careful not to step on anything, since..she was curious about it. Some things never changed.
When she saw the bench, she moved towards it, intending to sit down for a moment and take in the nice view when..she saw the plaques. It wasn't unusual that someone had made plaques for Dax, considering the fact that he was the reason that Pandora had even started. He was always trying to help them out, even if it meant..that he eventually lost his life. As she spoke to herself (and to the plaque of Dax, since she couldn't talk to the actual person or his ghost), she couldn't help but touch it and feel the letters for herself. She'd have to thank whoever made them, if she ever found out.]
It's not as good as a proper grave, but..I hope it'll be enough for you, since it is true. No one here will ever forget how you helped us or your sacrifice. Thank you. I'll have to bring you some flowers the next time I visit.
[And the musing was stopped when she noticed that there was a lower platform connected to it with another plaque, even though it didn't have a bench. Curious about how it, Tohko wandered down..and saw the inscription on it. She didn't know how he died (though she suspected that he had sacrificed himself to save everyone somehow, since the words on the plaque hinted at that), but she touched his plaque anyway, and while her smile was gone, she refused to frown or cry.]
Thank you. I don't know how you died, but..thank you for helping everyone. Everyone back home is safe, and I'm sure everyone here is doing well. Or, at least trying their best to do well. Your sacrifice will never be in vain. Neither of yours will ever be.
[And with that, she'd wander back up to Dax's platform so that she could could sit and take in the view before getting up and wandering about again.]
no subject
And then he looked up and saw a familiar face sitting on the bench to the tree meant to mimic the one Dax had left them.
"Tohko?"
For the moment, he didn't approach. It felt like a long time since he'd seen her, so it was surreal, meeting like this.
no subject
So, she smiled happily and hopped off the bench before calling out to Enoch, quickly and carefully heading down towards him, since she didn't want to step on any plants or spots were they were growing.
"Enoch! It's wonderful to see you again! How have you been doing?! Are you alright? How are the others?!"
She'd probably try to act like the former third leader of Pandora in a moment and ask him to give her a status report on what had happened, but..for the moment, she just wanted to talk to her old friend and make sure that he was doing well. That everyone was doing well.
no subject
"I've seen the others about now and then. They seem to be doing well, too." He tilts his head down at her for a moment. She seems happy and energetic in spite of what he knows she must have experienced. "As do you."
no subject
"Of course. You, of all people, should know that I'm a lot tougher than I look. It..was hard waiting for you, and I hated just sitting by, but I'm fine, now that everything's worked out, and I'm glad that everyone else is doing well. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to help you and the rest of Pandora more, but I'm glad to see that my absence didn't stop you guys from fixing the worlds. Thank you, but..may I ask what happened while I was gone? Can you tell me?"
If not, she'd be content to wait, since it probably wasn't an easy story to tell, but, if Enoch could tell it now, she'd heard it.
no subject
"Ruana played a brutal game with us the month you left. You were lucky to miss it. Afterwards, Zo prepared something for us, a carnival," he says the word as if he's still not entirely familiar with it. He hasn't had any reason to use it beyond this. "However, after only two days, something happened. The carnival looked worn down and decrepit, as if it had been sitting there for years. People who wandered its grounds experienced visions...though I didn't see it personally, many of us witnessed a strange machine that seemed to involve the children experimented on in the tower."
no subject
Thankfully, she had enough sense to not press about the game Ruana played (if it really was a game this time and not just an excuse to kill people, like how she killed them in the lower levels), and while she normally might have smiled at the thought of everyone in Animus enjoying a large carnival (especially since Zo was the one who set it up), the fact that something happened to it after just two days prevented her from doing so, along with the fact that some of the people there had visions involving a machine that had something to do with the children that were experimented on.
So, with a serious look on her face, Tohko pressed on.
"I don't know if I'd call the fact that I missed it lucky, but..I'm sorry that you had to endure another one of her games. I'm sure the carnival was fun while it lasted, but..did you ever find out what happened to it? What kind of visions did people have while they were in there, and what did the machine look like?"
Curious, as always. Some things never change.
no subject
Both would have been devastating, but the way it had ended for him, watching Lucifel worry for his deteriorating condition all week, and then...
He goes eerily quiet, staring at the ground. He even forgets Tohko's asked him another question.
no subject
"It sounds like that game must have been horrible then. But, while I don't know what happened, I would have rather stayed in the Tower with you all so that I could have helped after the game, even just a little bit. I know I didn't do much, compared to you and Zelda, but I was still the third leader of Pandora. I..hated just sitting around, waiting and hoping that you guys would be alright, but unable to actually do anything."
For a moment, Tohko quietly watched Enoch with a teeny-tiny mask of a smile on her face, before carefully trying to put a hand on his shoulder. It..was pretty obvious that something-be it the memory of the game, the carnival, or what he had seen when they had learned about the experiments that were performed in the Tower before they arrived-was eating him, and if she should help, she would. There was no way she could just stand by when Enoch or any friend of hers was in pain.
"Enoch..like I said, I don't know what happened, but if you want to talk about it, I'll listen, no matter how salty or bitter it is. If you don't, that's fine too, but I'll listen if you do."
no subject
He's quiet for a moment more, but not the strange stillness that preceded. He's thinking. Eventually, he finds the track of the conversation again.
"We saw visions of Animus's past. With the children and the...destructive testing. The machine was like a wheel of chairs the children were strapped into. It was used to...do something to Ruana. Her soul. It destroyed the world, leaving only her."
